Gretl'S Lemon Chiffon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk, chilled
    1 box lemon Jell-O
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Combine the boiling water and box of Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
    Cool until just beginning to set.
    Beat the evaporated milk until peaks form.
    Add Jell-O mixture and all other ingredients and beat until all mixed.
    Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
