Tex-Mex Fiesta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken flavor or cornbread stuffing mix
    1 2/3 c. water
    1/4 c. Parkay margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. shredded, cooked turkey or chicken
    1 small tomato, chopped
    1 (7 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    3/4 picante sauce (medium)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Prepare stuffing according to package directions, using water and margarine.
    Spoon into bottom of greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
