Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
4 to 6 fresh spears broccoli
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 c. dark raisins
1 c. Spanish peanuts or party nuts
Preparation

Mix the mayonnaise, wine vinegar and sugar together and set aside.
Rinse the bunch of broccoli spears and then cut into bite size, using the tops only.
Add the chopped red onion and raisins. Mix and toss with dressing mixture and serve cold.
Add the nuts right before serving.
