Strawberry Dessert(Given To Clo Fletcher By Clara Hollingsworth) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. strawberry gel for pies
2 qt. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled (pick 6 to 8 pretty ones for top)
1 Sara Lee frozen pound cake, crumbled
1 large instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can Eagle Brand milk
Cool Whip

Preparation

Mix strawberry gel with fresh strawberries.
Mix pudding mix with milk and Eagle Brand milk.
Layer in trifle dish starting with cake, then strawberries, then pudding.
Top with Cool Whip and garnish with fresh strawberries.
