Chicken And Fruit Salad For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    spinach leaves
    1 (5 oz.) can chunk white chicken, drained, or 1 c. diced, precooked (leftover) chicken
    1 c. cut-up, mixed fruit (oranges, strawberries or nectarines)
    1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 Tbsp. sliced almonds (optional)
    2 Tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
    4 tsp. orange juice
    strawberries and orange, sliced (for garnish)
Preparation
    Lightly toss together chicken, 1 cup cut-up fruit, celery, green onions and almonds.
    Arrange spinach leaves on salad plates and top with chicken mixture.
