Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. potatoes
    2 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 (8 oz.) Philly cheese
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    Blend all ingredients together.
    Keeps in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
    Keeps in freezer for up to 3 months. Add butter while heating up.
