Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    4 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar well; add eggs and beat again.
    Add alternately sifted dry ingredients with pumpkin and water.
    When blended, beat again until smooth.
    Add about 1 cup chopped pecans, if desired.
    Bake in three loaf pans, greased.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
