Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. berries
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Line a baked pie shell with half of the berries; leave whole. Mix the other half of berries with cornstarch and crush.
Add lemon juice, salt, sugar and water.
Cook mixture about 5 minutes or until thick; stir and cool.
Pour over berries in pie shell. (Cream cheese may be added to baked shell before adding whole berries.)
Refrigerate pie before serving.
