Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rhubarb
10 marshmallows or 2 c. mini marshmallows
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 beaten eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
salt
1/2 c. milk
Preparation
-
Grease 8 x 12-inch cake pan.
Put rhubarb and marshmallows in the bottom.
Sprinkle 3/4 cup sugar over this.
Set aside.
