Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked lightly
    1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 c. whipping cream or half and half
    3 eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
