Eileen'S Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter (margarine)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. nuts
2 tsp. lemon peel
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Cream butter and 1 cup sugar.
Add eggs and beat.
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Add alternately with milk to the egg mixture.
Stir in nuts and rind.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
