Ingredients

6 eggs, beaten (can use Egg Beaters)
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 stick oleo
1 c. flour
Preparation

Melt the oleo in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add all ingredients and mix a little.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with any fruit or syrup.
