Brie En Croute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) mini brie
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms (washed and thinly sliced)
    1 Tbsp. Maderia or dry sherry
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 sheet frozen puff pastry
    1 egg beaten with 1 tsp. water
Preparation
    Saute the mushrooms in butter and maderia until tender and they give up their juices.
    Drain.
    Slice brie in half horizontally.
    Place half the mushrooms between the slices of brie.
    Put the brie back together and place the remaining mushrooms on top.
