Cabbage With Polish Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
coarsely chopped cabbage (as much as you want)
1 to 1 1/4 lb. Polish sausage, cut into 1-inch slices
Preparation

Melt butter in Dutch oven; add onion.
Saute until tender. Add flour, stirring until smooth.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Reduce heat, cover and cook until cabbage is done.
