Strawberry Hard Sauce(Serve Over Cake, Puddings, Etc.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. heavy cream
1 c. strawberries, mashed
Preparation

Sift the cup of sugar.
Cream the butter until soft and then blend sugar and butter gradually.
Beat in cream.
Stir in berries until well blended.
Refrigerate several hours before using.
