Georgia Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat egg thoroughly.
    Stir in milk, blueberries and oil.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to liquid mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened; batter will be lumpy.
    Spoon batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans, filling cups about 3/4 full.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 8 to 12.
