Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bread, soaked in milk
1 c. white Karo syrup
14 oz. bottle ketchup
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix together first 4 ingredients.
Shape mixture into balls, then layer balls in a large pot.
Mix together Karo and ketchup. Simmer at medium heat for 30 minutes.
Add lemon juice and simmer for 1 hour.
Stir gently after meatballs have firmed.
