Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. cooked beets
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Then add vinegar and cook until thick.
Add beets last and serve while warm.
