Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook broccoli 5 minutes after it comes to a boil.
Drain well. Mix soup, cheese, onion, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings.
Pour over broccoli and mix well.
Pour into buttered casserole dish. Top with Ritz crackers and butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
