Mexican White Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. white American cheese, from deli, not pre-sliced
1/4 c. milk
1/2 chopped jalapeno, optional

Preparation

In a saucepan over med. low heat add milk, cheese and jalapeno's, stirring constantly.
Serve with favorite tortilla chips.
