Corn And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 small jar pimientos
    1 egg
    1 small box Minute rice
    2 cans cream-style corn
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    cheese
Preparation
    Brown chopped onion in butter.
    Add corn, bell pepper and pimientos.
    Prepare rice as directed on box.
    Add rice to corn; stir in 1 egg, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Top with grated cheese. Place in a 300\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
