Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick melted margarine
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 full c. coconut (flaked)
    1 unbaked prepared pie crust
Preparation
    Beat sugar, margarine and eggs together until well mixed.
    Add vanilla and coconut.
    Put into unbaked pie crust and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until firm.
