Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large fresh mushrooms
    4 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
    Chop up stems and saute in 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Stir in stuffing, chicken broth and garlic salt.
    Stuff mushrooms with mixture and place in a Pyrex pie plate with 2 tablespoons margarine.
