Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
4 c. apples
2 c. flour
2 tsp. apple pie spice

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients. Add apples and mix. Combine flour, spice and soda. Mix with other. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
