Great Potato Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. potato flakes
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 eggs, well beaten
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. plain flour
    3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and 1/4 cup sugar in 1/4 cup lukewarm water. Stir well.
    Scald milk and add margarine to melt.
    Stir in 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon salt.
    While hot, add potato flakes.
    Stir well, then add 1/2 cup cold water and beaten eggs.
    When milk mixture is lukewarm, add yeast mixture.
    Stir in flour until dough is fairly stiff.
    Cover.
    Let rise until double, about 1 hour. Knead dough on floured surface.
    Roll out to about 1/2-inch thick. Cut with cutter.
    Let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for about 10 to 12 minutes.
