Apricot Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    4 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 c. milk
    3 oz. cream cheese, softened
    apricot preserves
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. apricot preserves
    milk (to spreading consistency)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients. Pat out on piece of foil (dough is soft). Put apricot preserves in center of crust, then fold dough over each side to center. Place foil with dough on it on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 420\u00b0 for 15 minutes (until brown).
