Pasta With Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. extra virgin oil
    2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
    1/2 lb. boneless, skinned chicken breast, sliced to 1/2 inch strips
    1 1/2 c. fresh broccoli florets
    3/4 c. oil packed sun- dried tomatoes, drained & thinly sliced
    1 tsp. dried basil
    pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large skillet, heat oil on medium heat.
    Saute garlic about 1 minute, till golden.
    Add chicken strips and saute till almost completely cooked-about 7-10 minutes.
    Add broccoli and cook till crisp-tender.
    Add sun-dried tomatoes,
    basil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
    Add the wine, then add chicken broth and butter or margarine.
    Cook 3-5 minutes or until heated thoroughly stirring occasionally.
