Yogurt Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. sugar or honey
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 c. plain, nonfat yogurt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in a mixing bowl.
    Add sugar (if used instead of honey).
    Cut margarine into flour mixture.
    Mix together the milk and yogurt (and honey, if using in place of sugar).
    Add to flour mixture and stir until ingredients are blended.
    Remove dough from bowl and roll out on floured surface.
    Shape into a ball.
    Cut ball in half and shape each half into an oval.
    Slit center of each oval. Place on greased cookie sheet several inches apart.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Loaves should be golden brown and sound hollow when tapped with fingertips.
