Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    1/4 c. pecans, chopped
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
    1 banana, sliced
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt.
    Add remaining ingredients; blend.
    Pour into muffin tins which have been lined with paper cups.
    Freeze until firm.
    Remove the paper liners and serve.
    Salads keep indefinitely in freezer in plastic bags.
