Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, deboned and cut into pieces
3 Tbsp. light olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 cans mushroom soup
1 soup can chicken stock
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. pimentos
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 oz. thin spaghetti
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in olive oil until tender.
Mix with chicken, mushroom soup, cheese and pimento. Cook spaghetti in chicken stock; drain.
Mix all together and pour into large casserole.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
