Crock-Pot Cube Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pieces cube steak (3 to 4 lb.)
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    2 cans water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. milk (substitute water)
Preparation
    Wash meat and break into pieces and put in the crock-pot with 1 can of French onion soup, 1 can of mushroom soup and 2 cans of water.
    Simmer for 3 to 4 hours on high (checking once).
    Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with dry onion soup mix, then 1 cup of water or milk (this will thicken gravy).
