Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    4 slices bread, cut in strips
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. grated sharp cheese or Velveeta
Preparation
    Cook sausage until done, breaking into bits as you cook it. Drain and set aside.
    Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
    Into a greased baking dish layer the bread, sausage and cheese.
    Pour egg mixture over these ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
