Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 lb. stew beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion
    1 large can tomatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Brown stew beef in oil, along with onion.
    Add 1 quart water to the meat.
    Chop cabbage up into small pieces and add.
    Add mixed vegetables and tomatoes.
    Let simmer for 2 hours.
