Oriental Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice (uncooked)
    2 c. hot bouillon (3 chicken)
    1 1/2 onions, finely chopped
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 pinch thyme
    1 pinch oregano
    mushrooms, water chestnuts, peas, carrots, chopped chicken or beef, etc. (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine about 5 minutes.
    Add rice and stir, about 5 minutes.
    Pour into 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole dish and add all other ingredients.
    Cover.
    Cook in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
