Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put popped corn in a large roaster pan.
    Boil all ingredients, except popped corn and baking soda, for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add soda; stir quickly and pour over popped corn while foamy.
    Mix well.
    Place in a 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes while baking.
