Chicken Salad Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiled, seasoned chicken
    2 strips tender celery
    4 to 6 sweet pickles
    1/3 c. blanched almonds
    2 hard-boiled eggs, shredded
    2 pimentos, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. French dressing
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. Accent
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. pepper and salt
    acid (if needed)
Preparation
    Grind the chicken, celery and pickles; add the almonds.
    Add the eggs, pimientos, dressing and mayonnaise.
    Season with remaining ingredients.
    Spread on thin sliced sandwich bread. Trim crust from edges.
    Cut in fancy shapes.
    Garnish with sliced olives or parsley, pimento or cress.
    Serve either closed or open-faced sandwiches.
