Spinach Italienne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1/2 c. chopped olives (ripe or stuffed green)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. canned tomato sauce
    4 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Clean spinach and discard stems.
    Soak cleaned spinach in hot tap water for 10 minutes; drain.
    Place spinach in a greased 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Lay Mozzarella slices on top of spinach. Spread tomato sauce evenly over cheese.
    Mix the oregano with the melted butter; brush bread slices on one side.
    Cut bread slices into 1-inch strips.
    Arrange, buttered side up, on mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
