Brown Sugar - Bourbon Peaches With Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. bourbon
    1/4 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter (not margarine)
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced (fresh ones)
    vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Combine

    ingredients\tin heavy medium skillet over medium-low\t heat.\tStir
    until
    sugar
    dissolves.\tAdd peaches and
    stir until heated through.
    Scoop ice cream into bowls
    or parfait
    glasses.
    Top
    with
    peaches and sauce and serve.\tTime of\tpreparation:
    15
    minutes.
    Serves 2; can be doubled or tripled but don't triple the amount of bourbon.
