Lemon Cheesecake Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 c. graham crackers
2 3/4 c. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
40 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 c. sugar
10 tsp. vanilla
15 oz. lemon jello
2 1/2 qt. cream
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and line oblong pan.
Be sure to save about 2 cups of crumbs to sprinkle on top later.
Cream the cream cheese; beat in sugar.
Mix well.
Add lemon jello after it has jelled and cooled.
Add vanilla and fold in whipped cream.
Pour over crumbs and sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Chill.
