Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 qt. water
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. carrots, diced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen California mixed vegetables
    2 cans cream of chicken soup plus 1/2 c. water
    1 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Boil bouillon cubes, water and celery, carrots, potatoes and onion for 20 minutes.
    Add frozen vegetables and cook until tender.
    Add soup, water and cheese.
    Serve with salad, bread and simple dessert.
    Serves 8.
