Mincemeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked shredded meat (boneless)
7 1/2 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. raisins
1/2 c. sherry
1 c. lemon juice
3 c. sugar
2 c. grape juice
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. allspice
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook in large kettle until apples are done.
Stir often to keep from sticking.
Store in freezer or can.
