Corn Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (8 oz.) can whole corn, drained
    2 eggs
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together, except Swiss cheese.
    Spread in 11 x 7 x 1 3/4-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.
    Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    Serves 8.
