Sausage Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot and mild sausage cooked and drained
medium onion diced
6 to 8 potatoes cubed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 15 oz. jar of cheese whiz
shredded mild cheese
Preparation

Boil cubed potatoes till tender no more. Cook sausage, drain well.
Mix together sausage and potatoes. Add soup and mix well. Add cheese whiz and mix well. Pour into a pan and top with shredded cheese.
Bake 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
