Diet Soup(Equals Enough For 1 Week) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 garlic cloves
1 celery, chopped
1 bell pepper
2 unscraped carrots, sliced
3 unpeeled red potatoes, thinly sliced
1 c. yellow squash
2 c. zucchini
2 c. fresh tomatoes or 1 can stewed
2 qt. chicken broth
1 tsp. basil
1 c. cooked rice
Tabasco to taste
2 Tbsp. celery and leaves
Preparation
