Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes, cooked and peeled
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    marshmallows
Preparation
    Put cooked peeled potatoes and all other ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer at medium speed.
    Put ingredients into a greased ovenproof glass dish and top with marshmallows. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Add nuts if desired.
