German Potato Salad(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 medium-large potatoes, peeled and cut in half or fourths
    4 slices bacon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook the first 3 ingredients in 2-quart microwave casserole 10 to 14 minutes. Place the bacon on microwave rack.
    Cover with towel and microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp.
    Pour bacon fat into 1-quart microwave dish.
    Add onion.
    Microwave 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in sugar, flour, salt, celery seed and pepper.
    Microwave 60 seconds or until it starts to bubble.
    Stir in water and vinegar.
    Microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until it thickens.
    Crumble in bacon and slice potatoes into mixture. Stir gently. Heat again, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Serves 4.
