Country Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
2 c. celery, diced
2 c. carrots, diced
2 c. potatoes, diced
1 (17 oz.) can Northern beans
Preparation

Brown ground chuck and onions in oil.
Place in slow cooker along with spaghetti sauce, tomato juice, salt and pepper.
Stir until smooth.
Add vegetables (all but beans).
Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender.
Add beans and simmer on low heat about 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with warm rolls for a complete meal.
