Mussels Normandy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cleaned mussels
    2 shallots, minced
    2 garlic, minced
    1/2 c. hard apple cider
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chervil, minced
Preparation
    Put all in pot and steam until opened.
    Top with 2 tablespoons minced chervil.
