Sunday Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of onion powder
    1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place roast in dish.
    Pour ingredients over roast and cover.
    Marinate 24 hours in refrigerator.
    Turn once.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours. Serve with drippings.
