Fresh Apple Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash of salt
6 c. thinly sliced, pared tart apples (about 6 medium)
2 Tbsp. margarine/butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Prepare pastry.
Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and salt.\tStir in apples. Turn into pastry-lined plate; dot with margarine.\tBake until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through slits in crust, 40 to 50 minutes.
